Our spine is an unbelievable part of our body. It allows optical mobility to protect our CNS (Central Nervous System). But you have to be careful about your spine health. In this article, I’m going to tell you about some valuable tips to avoid back pain in your spine.

More than 70% people around the world are affected by back pain and lower back pain. A professional activity like sitting on a chair for a long time, driving car for a lengthy period are one of the main causes of this pain. We must know the needs of our spine and change our habits as no-one wants a painful life.

There are thirty three bones in our spine and four bones of coccyx are fused. Two main facet joints hold the entire spine vertically.

In our childhood, spine was very strong and healthy. But it change after we enter the adolescent period. In order to avoid a painful back, you should follow the below tips.


This is the most effective way to get rid of your back pain problem. You can have minimum 20 minutes walk in a daily basis which will work like a magic.


After walk, if you can save some time to stretch your body. It’ll be more relaxing for you. Stretching also work as a stress releaser. At least five minutes of stretching per day will keep your body more fit and active.


If you can swim, then make a habit to swim on a daily basis. In this sport, your whole body will move and stay active and you’ll feel energetic all day long.

Food Habit

Try to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner in time. Drink a lot of water (at least seven litters a day) and have some fruits with vitamin-C, D, E, B etc.

Mainly these are the primary effective facts which you can do in your daily busy schedule. It’s very painful if you have a back pain problem. Sometimes it’s a genetic problem but nowadays, you can find this disease among every other person. So, it’s my suggestion to take a serious look at this matter, keep yourself active and enjoy a pain-less long life.
