Don’t store them inside a refrigerator for a longer period of time.

Wash Your Hands Properly

When we are outside, we get in contact with unlimited germs and chemicals. So as soon as you are home, wash your hands properly with a disinfectant.

If you are digesting your food within 2 hours of consuming it, then your digestive system is working perfectly fine. But if the reverse is happening, then you do need to visit your doctor immediately.

Always try to have proper 8 hours sleep during the night. As sunlight is an essential source of Vitamin D, you can’t receive it unless you are awake in the daytime. Due to inaccurate amount of sleep, a person can face many diseases like sleep disorders, nervous problems, psychological problems and many hormonal disorders also.
